Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order?

We prepare and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Once on its way, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the product and stock availability. Our team works carefully and efficiently to get your order to you as fast as possible, without ever compromising quality.

Your order is a gift and you are worried about not receiving it on time? No problem! Contact our Customer Service who will be happy to send you by email a “gift voucher” to print and give to the recipient while waiting for the order to arrive.

How can I track my package?

You can follow the progress of your order by clicking on the tracking link in your email confirmation.

I haven't received my tracking number

You will receive your tracking number via email within 48 to 72 hours after placing your order. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

How much is shipping?

There is no minimum quantity required per order, and standard delivery is free within the USA. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I modify my order?

You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, after this time, changes are no longer possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 60 days to cancel or return your order if you’re not completely satisfied, and we’ll issue a full refund.

What is the Satisfied or Refunded Guarantee?

If you don’t like your order or you have changed your mind, we offer you 60 days to return it after receipt! It’s simple: either you are satisfied with your order, or you make a return and receive a refund!

I would like to return an item

Each customer who wishes to return their order has 60 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.

For this, the customer is required to submit a request to us via the contact form, indicating the order number.

If an item presents a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Beyond this period, the order is deemed to be compliant.
