Welcome to Aristocrat Pet, operated by MCPLD LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Because every portrait we create is a unique, custom-made piece of art tailored specifically to your pet, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail policies. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order at https://aristocratpet.com.
1. Custom Nature of Our Products
All wall art sold through Aristocrat Pet is custom-produced based on the pet photo(s) you provide. Each piece is individually generated and printed to order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with style preferences.
We encourage you to carefully review your size selection and all product details before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your custom artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right. To qualify for a replacement or refund due to damage, the following conditions must be met:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photographs showing the damage to the product and its packaging.
- The item must not have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@aristocratpet.com or through our Contact Page with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer you the choice of either a free replacement shipment or a full refund, including any associated shipping costs.
3. Order Cancellations
Because production begins promptly after your order is placed, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if we have not yet started creating your artwork. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aristocratpet.com.
- Before production starts: We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- After production has begun: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders that are already in production, as each piece is uniquely made for you.
4. Refund Processing & Timing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following processing times after your refund has been issued:
- Credit cards: 5–10 business days
- Debit cards: 5–10 business days
- PayPal or other digital wallets: 3–5 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we will assist you.
5. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would prefer a different size or style, please let us know when filing your claim and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that a refund was issued but have not yet seen it reflected in your account, please take the following steps:
- Re-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at hello@aristocratpet.com with your order number and we will investigate further.
