Thank you for shopping with Aristocrat Pet! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the production and delivery of your custom pet portrait wall art ordered through https://aristocratpet.com. We are operated by MCPLD LLC, based in New Mexico, United States, and currently ship to addresses within the U.S. only. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Production Time

Because every portrait is a custom creation made specifically for you, your order goes through a production phase before it ships. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins creating your artwork. Typical production time is 3–5 business days, though this may extend during periods of high demand or promotional events. You will receive an email notification once your portrait has been completed and handed off to our shipping partner.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after production is complete.
  • Priority Shipping: 3–4 business days after production is complete.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please note that these estimates refer to transit time only and do not include production time. Total time from order to delivery is production time plus transit time.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your destination and carrier rates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your portrait ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery status, contact us at hello@aristocratpet.com or through our Contact Page.

5. Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will be cancelled and refunded. If you are interested in international shipping availability, please reach out to our support team — we may expand to additional regions in the future.

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Aristocrat Pet is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within one hour of placing your order. Once production is underway or the package has been shipped, address changes may not be possible. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.

7. Packaging & Protection

Your custom portrait is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use reinforced, protective packaging designed specifically for canvas wall art, including rigid mailers or sturdy boxes with corner protection. We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe handling throughout transit.

8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number, any relevant tracking details, and photographs of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@aristocratpet.com. Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once your portrait is being created, we are unable to modify or cancel the order, as each piece is uniquely made for you.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for your order transfer to you once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier from our fulfillment facility. We recommend inspecting your delivery promptly upon arrival and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
